RO4835IND LoPro thermoset laminates are desirable for 60-81 GHz short range (<30m) industrial radar applications where excellent electrical performance and cost-efficiency are equally important. RO4835IND LoPro laminates provide RF and interconnection stability which are critical criteria for PCB material selection.

  • Design dielectric constant (Dk) of 3.48 at 60 GHz and 3.49 at 77GHz
  • LoPro® reverse treated electrodeposited (ED) copper foil
  • Thermoset resin system with expanded weave fiber reinforcement
